Complex Event Processing


  • In order to minimize the business impact of an incident and maximize the business value, events must be detected early in order to trigger corrective actions
  • Problems exist which where their impact is difficult is measure and hypothesize without looking on the history


  • Supply chain monitoring: Continuously monitor truck movements for inbound logistics on their way to early alarm on traffic delays, serious weather conditions or road accidents. The proposed solution collects different information sources, aligns them into a unified picture and allows dashboarding and KPI monitoring
  • Machine Emulation and Error Simulation: to simulate machine behaviour and malfunctions along the shop floor to optimize knowledge layer and KPI monitoring
  • Colour Defect Monitoring: Detect colour defects on the car body through image classification and neuronal networks
  • Manufacturing KPI Prediction: to forecast the evolution of KPIs based on the current and past KPIs. In addition, the solution will encompass a prediction toolkit that enables forecasting of future events based on historic data (machine learning models)


Real-time information on production (machine monitoring, shipment tracking, deviation detection). Real-time prediction capabilities for image processing and visual error detection
